TPT463DN

Dynisco's TPT463DN Series of digital transmitters convert process measurement signals into a digital DeviceNet signal. Many of the features found in Dynisco's standard TPT463E Series have been incorporated into the TPT463DN Series, including proven bonded foil strain gauge construction for stable operation and a flush diaphragm and an external tempeture sensor. A large variety of thermocouple or RTD configurations are available. 

These models can be easy interfaced directly with sophisticated Allen-Bradley control systems. The integrated "intelligent" CAN electronic works completely in digital functions behind the initial analog/digital conversion of the strain gauge pressure element signal.

The sensor functions and communication software is in accordance with the standard DeviceNet Profile certified by the ODVA. The digital pressure signal output with resolution of 14 bit. The bidirectional BUS-communication combined with internal functions like transducer setup and calibration, pressure operating alarms and sensor watchdog control etc. give the advantage of more and versatile operating conditions and security functions than analog transmitters.

The TPT463DN Series transmitter is a +/- 0.5% sensor ideal for general melt pressure measurements requiring simple installation, repeatability and reliability. The TPT463DN Series features a 1/2-20 UNF thread for simple and easy installation in standard transducer mounting holes.
